Privacy at SysAiCloud Learning Hub
SysAiCloud works without user accounts or advertising profiles. Learning progress and personal notes are stored locally in your browser so the site can remember your work on that device. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site traffic, but it only runs after you accept it in the cookie banner — see below for details.
What is stored locally
- Selected learning path and last open lesson.
- Completed-day progress and daily checklist state.
- Notes entered under Notes for Future Reference.
- Theme, color, font and course-menu preferences.
What is not required
- No SysAiCloud account is required.
- No payment information is collected by the learning site.
- No advertising profile is created and analytics is not used for ad targeting.
- No personal data is sold to advertisers.
Google Analytics (GA4)
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic — pages visited, approximate location (country/region level), device and browser type, and how visitors move through the site. Google Analytics runs only after you accept it in the cookie consent banner shown on your first visit; before that, analytics data collection stays switched off (technically: analytics_storage is set to denied using Google's Consent Mode). Google sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) to support this measurement. You can review or withdraw consent at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the site footer. Important browser-storage limits
Local browser storage stays on the browser and device where it was created. It does not automatically synchronize across devices. Private browsing may remove data when the private session closes, and clearing browser data can erase saved progress and notes.
Do not store sensitive information
Do not enter passwords, API keys, access tokens, confidential client information, medical data, financial records or private system addresses in lesson notes. Use the notes area only for non-sensitive learning reminders and references.
External learning links
Resources and tutorials may link to external websites. Those sites operate under their own privacy, cookie and account policies. Review the destination before creating an account or providing personal information.
Future accounts and cloud synchronization
If user accounts or cross-device synchronization are introduced later, the privacy notice will be updated before launch. Server-side personal data will not be added silently to the current static platform.
Control your saved data
Use the broom button in the site header to clear SysAiCloud progress, notes, checklists and appearance settings stored in the current browser. The action asks for confirmation before removing data.
